As we're a small business and our bags are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations unless items arrive damaged but are quality checked being being sent-off.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know
Delivery is sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force courier and comes with tracking.
Please allow up to 7-14 working days for your order once sent(excluding weekends). International deliveries may take up to 28 days over the holiday periods.
All items are sent with protective packaging.
Delays can also occur with current postal strikes with the Royal Mail service.
OUR RETURN POLICY
Returns only accepted if the product arrives damaged which will then be replaced as personalised items can't be refunded.
PAYMENT INSTALMENTS
Payment instalments should be available at checkout, products can only be produced & shipped once the instalments are paid in full.
